Meditation For Well Being

This week in JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association), A study showed that Mindfulness meditation had moderate evidence to improve pain, anxiety and depression. In addition, it showed small to moderate reductions of multiple negative dimensions of psychological stress. A daily program is recommended. As little as 20 minutes a day over 8 weeks showed a significant response.
