It’s perfect for beginners to sneak in some greens that aren’t harsh in taste and rich in nutrients. For this recipe, you will need:

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 2 bananas

To make this recipe, freeze the bananas. Tightly pack two cups of kale into a measuring cup and toss them into a blender. Next, add water and blend until the leafy chunks are gone. Then add mango, pineapple, and bananas and blend until smooth.


Leprechaun Protein Smoothie

This recipe is perfect for those who want protein as well as a fresh taste. For this recipe, you will need:

  • an avocado
  • cup of organic coconut milk
  • cup of fresh baby spinach
  • Fresh mint to taste
  • cup of vanilla or plain whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon of pistachio nuts (unsalted)
  • 1 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3-6 drops of liquid Stevia extract
  • cup of water
  • Ice cubes
